Our Programmatic Pillars

Addressing critical areas affecting youth, families and communities.
Mentoring and Education

Project Success

Mentoring is the cornerstone of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. The social, cultural, emotional, and unique needs of youth, primarily African Americans, are addressed through our group mentoring program: Project Success at Jones High School (JHS) in Orlando Florida. Committed to our cause, our members serve as positive role models, advocates, and trusted advisors to the students at JHS.

Our signature mentoring program is an effective, evidenced-based and strategic intervention that helps youth reach their full potential and become contributing members of society.

Health & Wellness

Thanksgiving Food Donation Program

The Thanksgiving Basket program works with community and corporate partners to deliver healthy meals to residents and their families during the holiday season. In late November, 100 Black Men of Greater Orlando, Inc. distributes meals to families of four local churches. We have served hundreds of families in the Central Florida area.

Leadership Development

Leading The Next Generation

Leadership Development and the cultivation of our next generation of leaders is a worthwhile investment. 100 Black Men of Greater Orlando continues to prepare youth and young adults who can lead the way and become the next generation of global leaders. The future of our organization and our country lies in the ability to develop a pipeline of talented, courageous and effective leaders who can take up the mantle and take on the challenges that lie ahead.

Many of the members in are leaders of local, regional, national, civil, and social organizations. These men serve as trailblazers and role models for the youth of today who will assume their positions tomorrow. By example and through leadership training, our members work tirelessly to help empower mentees to build character and create hope, aspirations, plans, and futures. Our motto, “What They See Is What They’ll Be®” is epitomized in the servant leadership of our members.
